Our products have been highly successful and have helped revolutionize law enforcement and commercial fleets with greater transparency and better video evidence. As camera technology advances, older products may reach the end of their lifespan, and obtaining replacement parts becomes increasingly difficult, making support for these products no longer viable.

We recognize the importance of our products in helping law enforcement officers and fleet managers perform their duties safely and efficiently, and we are committed to providing warranty service for all products during their warranty period. After the warranty period, we are dedicated to helping agencies seamlessly transition to our latest technology products.

In-Car Cameras

  • DVM-500 / DVM-500+: Digital Ally discontinued production of the DVM-500 in 2019, and servicing ended in 2019. This discontinuation includes firmware updates and spare parts, including accessories. Technical support by phone continues for existing customers.
  • DVM-750: Digital Ally discontinued production of the DVM-750 in 2019, and all servicing ended in 2019. This discontinuation includes firmware updates, servicing, and spare parts, including accessories. Technical support by phone continues for existing customers.
  • DVM-100: Digital Ally discontinued production of the DVM-100 in 2019, and servicing ended in 2019. This discontinuation includes firmware updates and spare parts, including accessories. Technical support by phone continues for existing customers.
  • DVM-400: Digital Ally discontinued production of the DVM-400 in 2019, and servicing ended in 2019. This discontinuation includes firmware updates and spare parts, including accessories. Technical support by phone continues for existing customers.
  • DVM-800: Digital Ally discontinued production of the DVM-800 mirrored camera in 2023 as it transitioned to the next-generation EVO-HD vehicle system. Remaining inventory was offered while supplies lasted. Warranty services are provided for the applicable warranty period, and technical support by phone continues for existing customers.
  • DVM-800 Lite: Digital Ally discontinued production of the DVM-800 Lite mirrored camera in 2023 as it transitioned to the next-generation EVO-HD vehicle system. Remaining inventory was offered while supplies lasted. Warranty services and technical support are provided for the applicable warranty period.
  • DVM-800 HD: Digital Ally discontinued production of the DVM-800 HD mirrored camera in 2023 as it transitioned to the next-generation EVO-HD vehicle system.   • DVM-250: Digital Ally discontinued production of the DVM-250 mirrored camera in 2024 as it transitioned to the next-generation EVO Fleet system. Remaining inventory was offered while supplies lasted. Warranty services and technical support are provided for the applicable warranty period.
  • FLT-250: Digital Ally discontinued production of the FLT-250 camera in 2024 as it transitioned to the next-generation EVO Fleet system. Remaining inventory was offered while supplies lasted. Warranty services and technical support are provided for the applicable warranty period.

Body-Worn Cameras

  • FirstVu: Digital Ally discontinued production of the FirstVu in 2019, and servicing ended in 2019. This discontinuation includes firmware updates and spare parts, including accessories. Technical support by phone continues for existing customers. Digital Ally transitioned to the next-generation FirstVu Pro and FirstVu II body cameras.
  • FirstVu HD: Digital Ally discontinued production of the FirstVu HD body camera in 2023 as it transitioned to the FirstVu Pro and FirstVu II. Remaining inventory was offered while supplies lasted. Spare parts and accessories are increasingly difficult to source. Warranty services and technical support are provided for the applicable warranty period.

Evidence Management Software

  • VuVault: The VuVault Local Storage solution is no longer supported and receives no further updates or features. Current users can contact Digital Ally to discuss migration options.
  • VuVault.com: The VuVault.com video storage solution is no longer supported and receives no further updates or features. Current users can contact Digital Ally to discuss migration options.

Microphones

  • VoiceVault: Digital Ally discontinued production of VoiceVault in 2019, and servicing ended in 2019. This discontinuation includes firmware updates and spare parts, including accessories. Technical support by phone continues for existing customers.
